JEN MITCHELL
FOUNDER & OWNER
Jennifer Mitchell is a Licensed Esthetician, Laser Hair Removal Technician, Certified Laser Technician, and Certified Permanent Makeup Artist.

She’s trained in advanced medical aesthetics including micro needling and Intense Pulsed Light. She’s also trained in eyelash extensions, lash lifts & tints, waxing, sugaring, and permanent cosmetics. She graduated from Texas Institute of Permanent cosmetics in 2019, ITS Beauty Academy in 2020, and National Laser Institute in 2020.

Jennifer started the Rustin Luther Foundation in 2020 which provides skincare services for people living with cancer and their families, and cancer survivors.
CARLY ELLIS
MARKETING
Carly Ellis is the founder and owner of the digital marketing company: Beach Glass Media. She specializes in social media management, website design, and branding.
She grew up painting and started with digital art after a course in High School. Since that class freshman year, Carly continued honing her skills in the field.
In 2015, Carly moved to Amsterdam, The Netherlands and started an art shop online while she worked as an au pair. Since then, she has sold her artwork and worked with others designing logos, curating art events, and an array of other artsy endeavors!
Carly is also a Certified Paramedic and works in a Pediatric Trauma Emergency Department in Dallas. She enjoys her creative work but deeply loves science and medicine!

Monica Wilkinson is a licensed esthetician, permanent make up artist, and acne specialist.
Monica has always loved everything about the beauty industry, and she knew becoming an esthetician would become her obsession.
Monica strives to provide high-quality skincare services and treatments to improve the health and appearance of skin while boosting confidence. Monica’s goal is to help her clients feel and look their best by listening to them, educating and catering to their needs because nothing compliments your lashes and makeup more than great skin!
